To enable the students to efficiently communicate their research to the scientific community as well as the general public.

Publishing for the scientific community: Guidelines, The publishing process, How to write, How to show data, How to cite, Popular science: How to simplify

Understand the publication process and its intentions.

Have an ability to apply guidelines to improve the structure his/hers own text and figure material.

Being able to asses the quality of own and others texts based on simpleness, clarity, and reliability of the presentation of the material.

Analyses and improvements of manuscripts by the students at exercises. For grade "passed" should at least to manuscripts being processed, systematically analyzed and improved by using the literature.

Underkänd, godkänd

Master of engineering or master in science or comparable experience.

Students for which the course is mandatory are prioritized.
