Aim
  • The aim of the course is to offer the opportunity to carry out an experimental membrane separation project.
Contents
  • Design, and carry through a pre-study of a membrane process.
Knowledge and Understanding
  • For a passing grade the doctoral student must
  • be able to analyze and theoretically explain which operating parameters that shall be studied in a parameter study
    based on the results from the parameter study be able to design optimal operating conditions for a concentration study
Competences and Skills
  • For a passing grade the doctoral student must
  • be able to set up a time and experimental schedule for a shorter experimental investigation
    in writing and orally be able to present the results from the parameter and concentration study
Judgement and Approach
  • For a passing grade the doctoral student must
  • on one's own be able to evaluate the results från en experimentell studie i lab.skala
