Aim
  • The course shall provide doctoral students with the opportunity to delve deeper into a subject that is part of the doctoral research subject "Food and Formulation Engineering" and is thematically linked to the doctoral student's research project.
Contents
  • The specific subject area within Food and Formulation Engineering and its content are determined by the main supervisor in consultation with the doctoral student and may, for example, be based on a book, selected book chapters, and/or scientific articles.
Knowledge and Understanding
  • For a passing grade the doctoral student must
  • For the course to be approved, the doctoral student must demonstrate advanced knowledge and understanding within the selected subject area.
Competences and Skills
  • For a passing grade the doctoral student must
  • Be able to independently search for, process, and compile relevant information.
    Demonstrate the ability to discuss the gathered information in relation to one's own research project.
