The course consists of two modules, the first of which deals with the conventions for publishing research results in the research field and adjacent fields. The publishing traditions of other disciplines are also addressed. The students are to study the required texts and produce a written reflection, followed by a critical discussion between the supervisor and student on the reading and written reflection. In the second module, the students are to critically read two PhD theses and produce a written report of views and reflections on the theses. The assessment is based on the student’s oral report of the written views and reflections.
